Who can enter?

Any Spa in Asia & Australasia which can be independently operated as a day spa or located in a hotel or resort.

Finalists in this category will be required to attend an online interview via video call. Interviews should be with at least two people including the spa leader, plus a team member (e.g. therapist/receptionist) and/or the General Manager/Director. 

These will be held from Wednesday 21 June 2021 to Wednesday 26 July 2021 and are mandatory for finalists.

Who can enter?

Any spa property in the world where health and wellness are the main focus of the spa facilities and spa packages, with the intention of changing lives. Your marketing material will promote your spa as the main reason for consumers to visit and any accommodation will be a secondary consideration of consumers’ decision to book. If your property is seen in the eyes of consumers as primarily a hotel or a resort, then you should either enter the 'hotel’ or ‘resort’ category.


Finalists in this category will be required to attend a virtual official interview. These will be held from Wednesday 21 June 2021 to Wednesday 26 July 2021. If you are unable to attend the virtual official interview you will automatically be disqualified from the Awards.
